14-DAY RAMP IT UP CHALLENGE RECAP

During this challenge, what days were hardest for you? Easiest?  The last 4 weeks have been exciting, scary, and eye-opening at the same time.  You lose 49 lbs. and you can find yourself beginning to slack. Losing is the easy part, taking your transformation to the next level and/or maintaining is the hard part. Launching simplycleancheating.com and hosting the 14-DAY RAMP IT UP CHALLENGE, I have a responsibility not only to you, but to me and my family to share knowledge and resources so you can LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE.  I want to send a TREMENDOUS thanks to those who have been “accountable” to me throughout this challenge.  Little do you know you have kept me accountable as well!  What challenges and posts would you like to see in the future?
